McGinnis Restoration & Construction is owned by father son team Tim and Nick McGinnis. We are about quality work, done right.
McGinnis Restoration & Construction is family owned and operated by McGinnis Enterprises Inc. We are License, Bonded and insured General Contractor in the State of Oregon CCB# 188121. Our team has been serving the Benton County, Linn County, Marion, Polk, Yamhill, Tillamook and Hillsboro Forest Grove areas since 2009. Owners Tim, Nick and Matt McGinnis have a combined experience level of over 70 years in the construction and restoration industry. Our customer experience is important to us, we want our customers to love the finish product. Our Staff is highly trained in the property damaged restoration/construction. McGinnis Enterprises Inc employees over 40 people from the mid-valley area. The McGinnis family is very active in the surrounding communities, and over the years have helped many organizations raise money for those in need. We are involved in many charities such as CARVA, The Boys and Girls Club, Polar plunge, Relay for Life, CASA, Furniture Share, etc. We believe there is no job too big, or too small that we can't handle. Meet The Team
Tim McGinnis
Owner at McGinnis Restoration & Construction

Tim has been in the restoration industry for over 35 years and is certified in IICRC WRT, FSRT, ASD, UFT, CCT, CDS, HS, OC, is a Master Fire and Smoke Restorer, Journeyman Textile Cleaner. He also is a Lead Paint certified Renovator, and OSHA 10 certified. He is one of the founders.
Nick McGinnis
General Manager & Owner at McGinnis Restoration & Construction

Nick started McGinnis Restoration & Construction in 2009 as a hands-on owner and manager. Nick has certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) in Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT), Applied Structural Damage Technician (ASD),Commercial Drying Specialist (CDS), Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT), Trauma and Crime Scene Technician (TCST), Carpet Cleaning Technician (CCT), Odor Control Technician (OCT), Upholstery and Fabric Cleaning Technician (UFT), Health and Safety Technician (HST), Journeyman Textile Cleaner, Journeyman Water Restorer and Journeyman Fire & Smoke Restorer. As well as Renovation, Repair, or Painting (RRP) from the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
When not working Nick enjoys spending time outside with his family riding dirt bikes, farming, hiking and even hunting. By living in such a beautiful spot in Oregon it allows for a great mix of time in the mountains or at the coast.
Matt McGinnis

Matt has been around the restoration industry since 2009 and is certified in IICRC WRT, FSR, ASD and TCST. He also is a Lead Paint certified Renovator. He had as been with McGinnis Enterprises for 12+ years.
Jon Garinger
Project Manager at McGinnis Restoration & Construction in Salem
Jon joined McGinnis Restoration & Construction in 2020 as a Project Manager in Salem.. Jon brings 15 years of practical experience in building and remodeling to SERVPRO Team McGinnis. In his free time Jon loves spending time with his four kids, playing horseshoes and spending time in nature like his hometown of Rickreall, a small community outside of Dallas.
Nat Graves

​Nat has been around the the Construction industry for 30 years, specialized in framing and drafting.
When Nat was asked by he stays with the company he stated: Because of the ownership and culture. Outside of work, Nat enjoys spending time with this family, playing music, hunting, recording M2 Archery Show etc.
Justin Netzel

Justin joined SERVPRO McGinnis Restoration & Construction in 2022 as a Project Manager at McGinnis Restoration & Construction in Salem.. Justin has the Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act (AHERA) and Renovation, Repair, or Painting (RRP) through the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). Justin brings 25 years of experience in the construction field and industry prior to joining McGinnis Restoration & Construction.
In his free time Justin spends time traveling the country cheering on and supporting his daughter playing softball.​​
JD Lasswell

JD joined McGinnis Restoration & Construction in 2022 as a Project Manager. JD brings 10 years of construction experience to McGinnis Restoration & Construction. In his free time JD enjoys fishing and camping in our beautiful area, especially near Green Peter Lake outside of Corvallis.
Ian Baughman

Ian joined McGinnis Restoration & Construction in 2023 as a Project Manager. Ian has certifications in Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) and a Certified Community Manager (CCM). Ian brings 11 years of previous management experience to McGinnis Restoration & Construction.
In his free time Ian loves spending time exploring Nehalem alongside his wife and four boys. He thinks Nehalem is a great place to explore since it's perfectly situated between the river and the beach. Ian enjoys spending downtime tinkering with anything mechanical from fixing cars, his kids toys, or appliances around the house.
Kirk Murphy

Kirk joined McGinnis Restoration & Construction in 2023 as a Project Manager in Benton. He holds certification in Renovation, Repair, or Painting (RRP) through the EPA. Kirk brings 10 years of previous experience in the industry.

In his free time Kirk enjoys spending time out and about in Corvallis hiking in the McDonald Forest area, swimming in the various rivers and lakes and enjoying board sports.
Joel Celaya

Joel joined McGinnis Restoration & Construction in 2024 as a Project Manager in Hillsboro.. Joel has a certification in Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act (AHERA) from the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). Joel had 7 years of prior experience in the Insurance Restoration Industry before joining McGinnis Restoration & Construction.
When not working Joel enjoys spending time outside in the beautiful nature we are lucky enough to call our backyard fishing and hiking, going on road trips with family and visiting the beautiful Oregon Coast.
Julian Wallace
