We had a water leak that caused quite a lot of damage to our house. McGinnis restoration did the repairs which were extensive. Justin was in charge of the restoration project. It was a challenge to get contractors because of our location. Justin coordinated all the contractors which had to drive on an average of two hours to get there. He kept us informed when they were arriving and estimated times for the various reconstruction process. He also coordinated all of the costs with the insurance company. The quality of the work done was excellent . We would highly recommend McGinnis for any construction needs that you have and would use them again in the future.

McGinnis is one of the best companies I've ever worked with. The work they do is top notch all the way.
First, we needed Servpro to come into our home due to an unattended death in an inherited home. Then they discovered there was a significant amount of soot that permeated the home. They were instrumental in getting insurance to cover a complete remodel of the interior and contents of the home. The Servpro crew was incredible, not just in how hard and meticulous they worked on our property, they put their full hearts into the project. And when construction began, that crew did the same thing. Not only has their work been superb but they have been so thoughtful and kind walking me through this entire process. First Woody puts his whole heart into a job. This "good old boy" has a heart the size of Texas. Then there's Lee, he's so meticulous in his work. Every detail in his work is perfect. I often turned to him and his wisdom about my paint or tile choices. He also gave me advice on where I could save a little money on some items like a sink and cabinet pulls. Chuck is wonderful. Not only does he do great work.. his heart is amazing. When I had a family member in another state get ill which took me out of town for a full month... Chuck had my back, not only in the remodel, but he checked on me constantly to see how my family member was and how I was doing. Actually, though I can't remember everyone's name right now, I would put all their names on here if I could... they were all helpful, talented and a complete pleasure to work with. I am amazed. When I brought my family member back to Oregon to live in that house, these wonderful people and the the company stood back patiently to let me do what I needed to do. They didn't rush me or push me to finalize the remodel. They gave me the mercy and grace to take care of my family member until the end.
This company not only delivered the result I had hoped for... they went above and beyond. You just won't find a better company out there to work with. And you won't find better craftsmanship either.

We had a water leak problem in July due to the water supply to the fridge breaking. Once the insurance approved the repair project, the work started within a few weeks after we had made the selection for the flooring. McGinnis was instrumental in speaking with my insurance and getting all the approvals. The project involved changing all the hardwood flooring, putting up a new drywall and few other items in the crawlspace. Under John's supervision, the work was done by Chrus and Jorge. They were all nice people and accommodated with all my requests. The work was finally done well. It took some time due to some unforeseen delays but the end result was good.

We needed the floors and walls of our laundry room repaired because of a leak that went undetected. MR&C completed the job to our complete satisfaction. Our project manager Jon was always responsive to our questions and requests, and Chris Hurst and Tim Lindstrom were always prompt, efficient, professional, and friendly! The team was a pleasure to work with and we were very happy with the results.

Randy and Matt did an excellent job repairing my water damage. They communicated well and worked with my schedule to get the job done.

JD and George both came out and were very quick and respectful. The store had a car drive through the front windows and those two communicated well and framed up a barrier to stop the cold air from getting into the store. I will definitely be using these guys again.

We had a valve leak under our hall bathroom sink not discovered for at least 1/2 hour. ServPro immediately came out and mitigated the water damage. That's when McGinnis construction began the repair work. I was very pleased with the work they did (4 rooms and the hallway). Jon Garinger as the general contractor made every effort to satisfy our wants and needs which included a safer shower for my husband. Given that it is a manufactured home that was not easy and the cause of the biggest delay. Once that was worked out (we love our new bathroom!) work went very quickly. Chris Hurst (lead), Tim Lindstrom and Jorge Ruiz all worked exceptionally well. They are definitely a 5 out of 5. They cleaned up everyday and even replaced our furnace filter when the job was completed. All in all I would definitely recommend McGinnjs Construction for any home improvement or building.

After a fire in our garage, Mcginnis Construction come our to replace our insulation, drywall and to paint. Nat was super helpful with communicating with our Insurance company and the whole crew did an amazing job. Truly a professional team. Randy and Matt did the Insulation and Drywall, both were a pleasure to work with, and Ralph and Carlos finished up with the painting in 2 days. The whole garage looks better than new! I can definitely recommend the company and would work with them again in the future.

We had a tough year, from having water pipes break to finding spots of dry rot on the outside of our home. McGinnis Restoration & Construction did a great job on the repairs. We were especially impressed with JD. He had a very calm but direct demeanor, he was very professional. I would recommend JD to someone who is looking to get work done.

The crew did an excellent job from start to finish! Very detailed across the whole process. Jon was great to work with. Chris and Joerge worked hard and were very respectful. The remodel turned out great and we’re so thankful!

JD and Matt were professional, efficient and kind. They worked on putting my walls back up during the holidays and a very stressful time for me. They cleaned up after themselves and were clear when explaining what steps needed to be taken. Appreciated them both

Randy and Brian came to our home to do some work. They were both very polite, friendly and efficient. Both guys went above and beyond to make sure the job was done well. They were careful of delicate and personal items and really paid attention to detail. We also have animals and kids in the home and they were very kind and respectful. Definitely felt comfortable with them here and would recommend them. They sure are a great team!

The clean up crew from our fire were very good. The carpenters (JD) that fixed the bedroom are super good. The man in charge Max Wilson lhas been a dismal failure. This project was started 6mos ago and still is not finished. Yesterday Max tells me it is my responsability to hire a plumber to fix leak in bathroom before it can be finished. Pray tell why didn't he tell me this months ago. I am ready to file a complaint with the board. I have had it.
